A slow-growing evergreen conifer that grows preferrably in clay, loam or sandy soil with full sun exposure. This pyramidal-shape specie is also a bushy medium sized shrub with a broadly conical crown, blue green leaves and purple young cones produced occasionally. This can grow of up to 12-15 ft tall and 6 ft wide and does not bear flowers nor fruit.
