Upright oval shaped maple with shiny leathery green leaves turning yellow to orange and red in the fall best in larger adaptable to soils, This symmetrical shade tree will mature to 60’ by 60’, making it a large tree for parks and large areas. Not a great choice for the street tree because it is not resistant to pollution or salt but leaves hold up to strong winds making it resistant to leaf tatter.
