Common Name: Judy Magnolia
Features a bunches of eye-catching, small, candle-like blossoms, red-purple on outside and white inside in mid spring. This notable flowers held above a smooth grey bark. Very fragrant and attractive. Leaves are dark green and lustrous. It typically grows 10 ft tall at maturity and spread 12 ft wide in compact, columnar habit. Best bloom in full sun exposure but tolerates dappled shade in rich, moist, well-drained soil. Magnolia judy is suitable for specimen, border and a great cut flower.
