Common Name: Chalet Swiss Stone Pine
A medium-sized conifer that features dense, blue green to light green foliage with serrated margins. Stunning needles are twisted and are so soft to touch. Newly developed branches are clothed with orange-brown pubescence and turn dark as they mature. It will typically grow 10 ft tall and eventually get 35 ft and form an upright, pyramidal plant. It thrives in full sun exposure in well-drained soil. Pinus cembra chalet is suitable for mass planting and accent tree.
