Astilbe Key West is distinctively characterized by its beautiful light pink panicles of small blossoms held above a vivid, lacey, dark green foliage streaked with burgundy in late summer to early fall. Reblooming flowers and remains beautiful even after the flowers fade away. Highly attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds. It typically grows 24 inches tall and spread 36 inches wide in a clump-forming growth habit. It performs well in rich, moist, well-drained soil with some shade to full sun exposure. Use for perennial beds, borders, rock gardens, mass plantings and containers. Makes a great cut flower.
