Common Name: Hybrid Showy Stonecrop, Vera Jameson Stonecrop
An outstanding sedum that features beautiful clusters of pink starry flowers above elegant arching stems in late summer. Succulent foliage is bluish-green in spring that turns purple-burgundy shade as the season progresses. Irrisistible to butterflies. This plant is tough and grows 8-12 inches tall by 14-18 inches wide in upright, clump-forming growth habit. It enjoys full amount of sun but tolerates partial sun in a wide range of rich, moist, fertile soil with average drainage. Excellent for cutting. It can also be used as containers, borders, beds or rock garden.
