Hemerecallis happy returns is distinctively characterized by its astounding, sweet-scented lemon yellow flowers with ruffled edges from early summer to late autumn. Delicate blossoms repeatedly bloom throughout the season. Tall, naked stems held atop a clump of arching, linear blade-like green foliage. Very attractive to hummingbirds and butterflies. This clump forming variety grows 24 inches high and spread 24 inches wide. Full sun is best for this cultivar to cultivate well. Tolerates partial sun and prefers rich,medium moist, well-drained soil. Best choice for containers, ground cover and borders.
