Adorable flowers which held above unbranched stems, create an impressive appearance in the garden and strike butterflies like a magnet. Leaves are grey-green . Grows at moderate rate, reaching 24 inches tall and spread 36 inches wide in low, clump-forming growth habit. Centaurea blue needs full sun but tolerates partial shade in rich,moist, well-drained soil. Best choice for border and rock garden.
