Cytisus × praecox ‘Lilac Time’ is a graceful, arching deciduous shrub valued for its open, airy form and profuse soft lilac-pink flowers that cover the stems in mid to late spring, creating a light, flowing effect, with fine green stems that are ridged with narrow, flattened wings (thin leaf-like extensions along the stems) adding texture, and light green foliage that may take on soft yellow tones in fall.
