Ficus carica ‘Peter’s Honey’ — commonly called Peter’s Honey Fig — is a productive, deciduous fruiting tree/shrub valued for its exceptionally sweet, honey-flavored fruit and attractive, light-colored figs. It forms a rounded, multi-stemmed plant with large, deeply lobed green leaves that give a bold, tropical appearance. In mid to late summer, it produces medium-sized figs with greenish-yellow skin and rich amber flesh. In warmer climates, it may produce both an early breba crop and a main crop.
