Forsythia × ‘Meadowlark’ — commonly called Meadowlark Forsythia — is a very cold-hardy, deciduous shrub valued for its reliable early spring blooms and vigorous growth. It forms a large, arching plant with upright to spreading branches that are covered in bright golden-yellow flowers in early spring, often before the foliage emerges. Developed for northern climates, it is one of the most cold-tolerant forsythias available.
