Gymnocladus dioicus ‘Crosswicks’ is a selected male cultivar of Kentucky Coffeetree valued for its strong structure and seedless habit. Large, bipinnately compound blue-green leaves emerge late in spring, create a coarse-textured, open canopy through summer, and turn clear yellow in fall, while small, greenish-white flowers are inconspicuous and no seed pods are produced. Its bold form and clean habit make it an excellent choice for large landscapes and urban settings.
