Hosta 'Halcyon' — a classic medium-sized blue hosta prized for its intense blue-gray foliage, thick leaf substance, and excellent color retention through summer. The pointed, slightly cupped leaves form a dense, symmetrical mound with strong texture, making it one of the most dependable blue hostas for shade gardens. Pale lavender flowers appear on upright stems in midsummer, adding soft seasonal color above the foliage.
