Hydrangea quercifolia ‘Snowflake’ is a deciduous shrub prized for its long flower panicles filled with double white florets that create a layered, cascading appearance. This oakleaf hydrangea blooms in early to mid-summer, with flowers opening white and gradually aging to soft pink, tan, and brown while often remaining attractive for an extended season. The deeply lobed foliage turns rich burgundy, red, and purple in fall, and mature stems develop exfoliating cinnamon-brown bark.
