A vigorous, deciduous small to medium tree with a broad, spreading canopy, Lagerstroemia ‘Natchez’ is known for its abundant, pure white flower clusters that bloom in mid to late summer. The blooms are followed by attractive seed capsules, while the smooth, exfoliating bark reveals striking cinnamon-brown tones that provide strong winter interest. Glossy green foliage transitions to shades of orange and red in fall. This cultivar is part of the U.S. National Arboretum series and is highly resistant to powdery mildew.
