Abies koreana ‘Cis’ is a compact, dwarf Korean fir with a dense, tidy habit and excellent year-round color. Short needles are rich green on top with bright silvery-white undersides, giving the plant a subtle blue-toned effect. The foliage is neatly arranged and softly textured, creating a refined, full appearance.

Slow growing and naturally compact, ‘Cis’ forms a rounded to low-pyramidal shape with little to no pruning required. Like many Korean firs, it may produce attractive purple-violet cones at a young age, adding ornamental interest.

Best grown in full sun to partial shade in moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil, ‘Cis’ performs well in cooler climates and is hardy in USDA Zones 5–7. It is an excellent choice for rock gardens, foundation plantings, containers, and mixed conifer beds, valued for its manageable size, clean habit, and dependable performance.
