Ivy-leaf Maple
Ivy leaf maple showcases its leathery medium trifoliate greeen foliage, turns yellow-red in fall and eventually change to yellow in late autumn. This mushroom-shaped, multi-stemmed and dense maple produces sweet-scented yellow flowers in early spring. It's small buds emerge after autum that are reddish-purple in color. Ivy leaf maple grows well in full sun to partial shade and prefers moist-well drained soil. Like any other maple, Ivy leaf maple can be used as specimen.
