Overview
A vibrant red-bracted Kousa dogwood known for its intense fuchsia to scarlet-red bracts that appear in late spring to early summer after leaf-out. Flowers are heavily produced and hold rich color longer than many pink selections. Deep green summer foliage transitions to crimson to burgundy fall color, followed by ornamental red fruit. ‘Sanzam’ delivers bold color with strong vigor and improved disease resistance.
