Heuchera micrantha is a woodland perennial valued for its attractive foliage and delicate flower display. It forms a compact, mounded clump of rounded green leaves with lightly scalloped edges that provide soft texture in shaded gardens. In late spring to early summer, slender stems rise above the foliage carrying airy sprays of tiny creamy-white to pinkish bell-shaped flowers, creating a light, cloud-like effect. This species is also an important parent for many modern heuchera hybrids.
