Blue Shadow Hosta

Hosta ‘Blue Shadow’ — commonly known as Blue Shadow Hosta — is a large perennial prized for its broad, heavily textured blue-gray leaves that form a bold, elegant mound in shaded gardens. The thick foliage develops a strong glaucous blue coating in spring and maintains good blue color through much of the season, especially in cooler shade. Pale lavender flowers rise above the foliage in midsummer, adding soft vertical contrast.
