Hosta 'Brigadier' — a medium to large variegated hosta valued for its creamy yellow to ivory centers bordered by broad green margins. The broad leaves have good substance and form a strong mound, with the center often brightening through the season to create bold contrast in shaded gardens. Lavender flowers rise above the foliage in midsummer, adding soft seasonal color while the foliage remains the primary ornamental feature.
