Hosta Enterprise
Hosta Enterprise
Hosta 'Enterprise' — a medium-sized variegated hosta prized for its bright white centers sharply bordered by dark green margins, often separated by a narrow lighter transition line. The broad leaves form a dense mound with strong contrast, and the crisp white centers remain striking throughout the growing season in shaded gardens. Lavender flowers rise above the foliage in midsummer, adding soft seasonal color while the foliage remains the main ornamental feature.

Mature Size:
Width: 24–30 in
Height: 12–16 in (to ~22 in in flower)
USDA Zones: 3a–8b

Soil: Moist, well-drained soils rich in organic matter

Features & Landscape Uses:
A striking white-centered hosta for woodland gardens, edging, shade borders, containers, and collector plantings. Provides excellent contrast with blue hostas, dark green foliage plants, and ferns. Thick leaves offer moderate slug resistance.
Care:
Protect pale centers from strong afternoon sun to prevent scorch. Maintain consistent moisture and mulch annually to keep roots cool. Remove spent flower stalks after bloom and clean old foliage in early spring. Divide mature clumps every few years if needed. 🌿
