Malus baccata ‘Columnaris’ is a deciduous flowering crabapple tree with a narrow columnar to upright-oval habit, fragrant pink-tinged white spring flowers, green foliage, and small yellow to yellow-orange fruit that adds fall interest and can attract birds. Its tight form makes it especially useful where a standard broad crabapple would be too wide.
