Pinus Parviflora 'Hagoromo'
Hagoromo Japanese White Pine
Hagoromo Japanese White Pine (Pinus parviflora ‘Hagoromo’) packs tiny blue-green needles into a dense, low framework. Growth is slow, and the plant gradually becomes much wider than it is tall.
The finely scaled foliage makes it particularly effective near rocks or along the front of a small conifer bed. Keep larger neighbors far enough away that this restrained plant remains visible.
Choose a sunny position with soil that drains freely. Water during establishment and leave enough room for the branches to develop without crowding.
