Biluxi Blues Rhododendron

A prominent diminutive cultivar that flaunts its fabulous, slightly ruffled lavender flowers. In spring, foliage is magnificently mix with green bronze rose-pink that turns deep red as when mature. Very coarse texture. Rhododendron biluxi grows 2 ft tall at maturity and spread to 2 ft wide. It needs some sun but grows best in shaded areas in rich, humusy, moist, well-drained soil. Great selection for mass planting, foundation and mixed borders.
