Elizabeth Oliver Foamflower combines deeply lobed leaves with dark maroon markings and airy, pale pink flowers. The patterned foliage forms a neat base, while the flower stems add a light layer above it in late spring and early summer.

The plant begins as a clump and can spread by short runners to make a denser patch. It is useful along a shaded border where both the leaf pattern and small flowers can be seen closely.

Provide partial or full shade and moist, rich soil that drains well. Avoid letting the root zone dry out, and remove tired leaves before new spring growth.
