Meyer’s Dwarf’ is a compact selection of Greek fir, prized for its toughness, dense habit, and adaptability to heat and drier conditions compared to most firs. A strong choice for sites where other firs struggle.

Short, glossy, sharply pointed dark green needles with silvery underneath held on robust, short branches. It gives a spiky appearance in the garden. Normally, this variety grows as high as 18 inches tall and spread 8 ft wide in spreading growth habit. It performs best in rich, acidic, moist, well-drained soil with some shade. It performs best in full sun.  An excellent choice for rock garden, mixed shrub border, ground cover and specimen.
