Tiny Gold Barberry
An outstanding dwarf deciduous shrub showing off its brilliant sunshine yellow foliage in spring turning chartreuse at maturity. Small clusters of yellow flowers appear in late spring followed by glossy showy red berries in autumn. This slow growing cultivar reaches 6-12 inches high and spread 12-18 inches wide in dense, compact habit. Full sun to partial shade is needed for best growth. It prefers rich,moist, fertile soil that drains well. Drought tolerant. Best choice for border, hedges, screen and mass planting.
