Blue Sedge

A spreading, cool-season ornamental sedge valued for its blue-green to steel-blue foliage and low, flowing habit. Narrow leaves form loose mats that knit together over time, making it effective as a groundcover. Subtle tan flower spikes appear in late spring, but foliage color and texture are the main appeal.
