Picea glauca 'Pixie'

Pixie Dwarf Alberta Spruce

Pixie Alberta Spruce (Picea glauca ‘Pixie’) is a miniature evergreen with a narrow, dense form and short dark green needles. Rounded buds stand out among the fine foliage and give the plant extra detail at close range.

This tiny selection grows more slowly and remains more compact than the familiar Dwarf Alberta Spruce. It works especially well in a trough, a small rock garden or a container where larger plants would hide it. Let its slim natural outline develop gradually.

Provide sun and consistent moisture while the plant establishes. Give the roots good drainage and allow space for continued growth.
