Picea orientalis Nigra Compacta

Compact Nigra Oriental Spruce

Nigra Compacta Oriental Spruce (Picea orientalis ‘Nigra Compacta’) develops a broad pyramidal framework with very dark green foliage. Its close growth gives this dwarf selection a solid, neatly proportioned presence.

The deep color provides a useful background for lighter leaves or seasonal flowers. As a small specimen, its strongest contribution is the consistent evergreen outline it brings to the garden.

Grow in full sun. Choose soil that drains freely and water during establishment.
