Picea pungens 'Fastigiata'

Columnar Colorado Spruce

Upright Blue Spruce (Picea pungens ‘Fastigiata’) carries blue needles on branches that angle upward. The relatively narrow crown emphasizes height, giving it a more vertical appearance than a broadly spreading blue spruce.

Its clear blue color and upright framework make it useful as a focal point among lower planting. Leave sufficient room around the crown for its natural outline to remain visible as the tree develops.

Grow in full sun. Choose soil that drains freely and water during establishment.
