Canyon Blue Arctic Willow

Canyon Blue is a compact, bushy willow with narrow blue-green leaves. Its foliage is a deeper blue than Nana, a similar compact selection. Small pale catkins appear in early spring; yellow fall color is usually subdued.

This shrub suits damp ground, rain gardens and low hedges. It can help stabilize a bank and generally suckers less than many other willows.
