Autumn Joy stonecrop (Sedum ‘Autumn Joy’) combines fleshy, light green leaves with broad flower clusters that deepen from rose tones toward bronze as they age. Its upright clump gives a sunny border a substantial late-season presence.
The changing flower color carries interest from late summer into fall. Standing seed heads can be retained through winter, while groups of plants make an effective transition between summer flowers and ornamental grasses.
