Tsuga canadensis Geneva

Geneva Hemlock

Geneva Canadian Hemlock (Tsuga canadensis ‘Geneva’) grows slowly into a broad pyramid with dark green foliage. The restrained growth gives it a smaller-scale presence while retaining the layered character associated with hemlocks.

It can serve as a quiet evergreen specimen among brighter or more strongly patterned plants. Leave the lower branches visible so the broad base and tapering outline remain part of the display.

Grow in sun or partial shade. Choose soil that drains freely and water during establishment.
