Tsuga canadensis 'Hussi'
'Hussi' Canadian Hemlock
Hussii Canadian Hemlock (Tsuga canadensis ‘Hussii’) is a dwarf selection with an irregular upright form. Bright green new needles cluster closely at the tips, contrasting with the deeper green foliage behind them.
Its crowded growth and uneven framework make it an individual specimen rather than a uniform hedge plant. A close viewing position allows the small changes in texture and spring color to be appreciated.
Grow in sun or partial shade. Choose soil that drains freely and water during establishment.
