Accolade elm (Ulmus 'Morton') has arching limbs and the familiar vase-shaped presence of an American elm. Glossy dark green leaves become yellow in autumn, while selected disease and insect resistance support landscape use.

The canopy loses its leaves for winter. Autumn color includes yellow. The grower reports tolerance of Dutch elm disease and phloem necrosis. It is also selected for resistance to elm leaf beetle feeding.

Choose a sunny position with well-drained soil. Water during establishment and allow enough room for the developing crown.
