Smooth Witherod Viburnum

Winterthur Viburnum combines glossy olive-green leaves with domed clusters of creamy white flowers in late spring and early summer. The rounded shrub offers a substantial leafy presence in a mixed planting.

Its ornamental berries pass through pink before darkening to blue-black. Red and purple autumn leaves provide another layer of color as the growing season closes.

Plant in sun or partial shade in moist, acidic to neutral soil. This selection also tolerates poorer drainage.
