Berberis thunbergii f. atropurpurea ‘Concorde’ — commonly sold as Concorde® Japanese Barberry — is a compact, dwarf barberry known for its rich, deep burgundy-purple foliage and naturally dense, rounded habit. Compared with older purple barberries, ‘Concorde’ stays tighter and more uniform, making it an excellent low shrub for modern landscapes.

Small yellow flowers appear in spring, followed by bright red berries in fall that add seasonal interest.
